We do not knowingly support money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, fake payment proof, stolen payment instruments, account abuse, or transactions intended to bypass lawful payment controls.

Orders may be reviewed before delivery when a transaction is delayed, reversed, flagged as suspicious, mismatched, unusually high-risk, or inconsistent with the customer details provided at checkout.

During review, we may request order information, payment confirmation, sender details, identity or account clarification, screenshots, or other reasonable evidence needed to confirm that the order is legitimate.

• Fake TrxID, fake screenshots, altered proof, or misleading sender information may lead to order cancellation.
• Suspicious orders may be held until the payment gateway, bank, mobile wallet, or support team confirms the transaction.
• Repeated abuse, resale misuse, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may restrict future orders.
• Payment confirmation is handled server-side where supported before digital delivery starts.

We keep order, payment, support, and delivery records as needed for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal requirements, and payment partner review.

Customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for marketing purposes.

If an order cannot be safely completed, we may cancel, refund, hold for review, or ask the customer to use another verified payment method. Refund eligibility follows our publishedRefund & Cancellation Policy.
