১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MHJoyGamersHub website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all our product-specific policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Purchase Flow & Order Acceptance

Our shopping pages guide you through the steps needed to place an order. Before the final submission, you can review the product, quantity, price, and payment details.

An order you place is treated as an offer to buy. We may confirm receipt by email or account notification, but that message is only an acknowledgement of receipt and not always final acceptance of the order.

A binding contract is formed when we accept payment and fulfill the order by delivering the product, crediting the account, or completing the purchase in the manner described on the relevant product page.

৩. পেমেন্টের সময় এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ

অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হলে অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট পৃষ্ঠায় যেমন নির্দেশ করা হয়েছে, সেই সময় থেকেই পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। আমরা সাধারণত পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরেই অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া করি।

কোনো পেমেন্ট যদি বিলম্বিত, পেন্ডিং, রিভার্সড, বা সন্দেহজনক হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হয়, তাহলে অর্ডারটি সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত, অতিরিক্ত যাচাইয়ের আওতায়, বা বাতিল হতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি দেরি হলে, আগে অর্ডারটি পেন্ডিং আছে কি না তা যাচাই করুন। প্রয়োজন হলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

3. Payment Timing & Confirmation

Payment may be due when the order is accepted or when the relevant payment page instructs you to complete it. We generally begin processing only after payment has been confirmed.

If a payment is delayed, pending, reversed, or flagged as suspicious, the order may be paused, reviewed further, or cancelled.

Supported payment options may include automated gateway checkout, mobile banking options such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket where available, manual review methods, wallet balance, and campus hand-to-hand coordination for eligible orders.

If delivery seems delayed, please first verify whether the payment is still pending. If needed, contact our support team for help.

৫. গিফট কার্ড, ভাউচার এবং স্টোর ক্রেডিট

গিফট কার্ড, ভাউচার, এবং স্টোর ক্রেডিট একটি ডিজিটাল মূল্য উপস্থাপন করে। এগুলো পণ্য-পৃষ্ঠার শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার, রিডিম, বা সীমাবদ্ধ হতে পারে।

কোড রিডিম বা ব্যবহার হয়ে গেলে সাধারণত তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
ভুল অ্যাকাউন্ট বা ভুল প্ল্যাটফর্মে রিডিম করলে সেই ক্ষতি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য হলে মেয়াদ, অঞ্চল, বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম সীমাবদ্ধতা পণ্য পৃষ্ঠায় দেখানো হবে।

5. Gift Cards, Vouchers & Store Credits

Gift cards, vouchers, and store credits represent digital value and may be used, redeemed, or limited according to the applicable product terms.

Once a code has been redeemed or used, it is usually not refundable.
Redemption on the wrong account or platform may be outside our control.
If there are any expiry, region, or platform restrictions, they will be shown on the relevant product page.

৬. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

জিরো টলারেন্স নীতি: অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। আমাদের সিস্টেম স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে এটি সনাক্ত করে। নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করলে বিনা রিফান্ডে স্থায়ীভাবে ব্যান করা হবে।

6. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your account credentials confidential.
Do not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our system automatically detects simultaneous logins. Violation results in an instant, permanent ban without refund. No appeals.

৭. মেধা সম্পত্তি

আমরা বিক্রি করা সমস্ত ডিজিটাল পণ্য তাদের নিজ নিজ ডেভেলপার এবং পাবলিশারদের মালিকানাধীন। আমরা একটি পুনর্বিক্রেতা এবং ডিজিটাল পণ্য সরবরাহকারী মাত্র। আমরা এই গেম বা সফ্টওয়্যার তৈরি করি না।

7. Intellectual Property

All digital products we sell are owned by their respective developers and publishers. We are a reseller and digital goods provider only. We do not create these games or software.

৮. দায়বদ্ধতা এবং সমাপ্তি

সকল ব্যবহারকারীকে আমাদের পণ্য ও পলিসি মেনে চলতে হবে; গুরুতর লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা অর্ডার বা অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারি।
আপনি চাইলে পরিষেবার ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে, অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করে, বা ভবিষ্যৎ ক্রয় না করে এই চুক্তি শেষ করতে পারেন।

8. Liability & Termination

We provide the service on an "as is" basis and act with reasonable care to the extent required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, game publishers, AI providers (e.g. OpenAI), SaaS vendors, or external system changes.
We cannot control game bugs, server downtime, publisher or provider policy changes, or a provider deactivating/changing a subscription or feature after delivery.
All users must follow our product and policy rules; in the event of serious violations, we may suspend or close orders or access.
You may end this agreement by stopping use of the service, closing your account, or no longer making purchases.

৯. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তনগুলি এই পৃষ্ঠায় পোস্ট করার পরপরই কার্যকর হবে। পরিবর্তনের পরে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখার অর্থ হল আপনি আপডেট করা শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করছেন।

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
