By purchasing and using MHJoyGamersHub Ultimate Gamepass, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in this document. This service grants you access to shared gaming accounts with pre-installed games based on your subscription tier.
Important Notice
All accounts provided are SHARED accounts. You do NOT own these accounts. MHJoyGamersHub retains full ownership and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time.

Important Notes:
- ⚠️ Offline Only for FIFA/EA/Ubisoft: Attempting to play FUT/Online modes is a TOS violation
- Monthly vs Founder: Monthly (৳1,499) is rental. Founder (৳11,999) is 1,000 days + perks
- Refund rule: Cancellation review is available before digital delivery; after the first working portal entitlement, magic link, or credential is delivered or used, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, subject to applicable law
৩. সেবার সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং দাবিত্যাগ
৩.১ আলটিমেট ফাউন্ডার পাসের মেয়াদ
আলটিমেট ফাউন্ডার পাসে টানা ঠিক ১,০০০ ক্যালেন্ডার দিনের অ্যাক্সেস পাওয়া যায়। পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর Ultimate portal entitlement এবং permanent magic link প্রথম সফলভাবে তৈরি হওয়ার দিন থেকেই মেয়াদ শুরু হবে—ক্রেতা পরে লিংক খুললেও। এটি লাইফটাইম সাবস্ক্রিপশন নয়, অটো-রিনিউ হয় না এবং কোনো ফ্রি এক্সটেনশন নেই। মেয়াদ শেষে নতুন পেইড অর্ডার প্রয়োজন।
- Magic link শুধু ক্রেতার লগইনের জন্য; এটি হস্তান্তরযোগ্য লাইসেন্স কী নয়।
- সাময়িক মেইনটেন্যান্স বা সেটআপে ক্রেতার দেরি ১,০০০ দিনের মেয়াদ থামাবে বা নতুন করে শুরু করবে না।
- আমাদের সিস্টেমের কারণে ভুল activation date বা delivery failure প্রমাণিত হলে আমরা সংশোধন করব।
- সব সুবিধা শুধু active term-এ এবং supported ও আইনসম্মতভাবে উপলভ্য পণ্য/সেবার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
⚠️ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: প্ল্যাটফর্ম-নির্ভর সেবা
এটি একটি শেয়ারড অ্যাকাউন্ট সেবা। আপনি তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্ল্যাটফর্ম অ্যাকাউন্ট (Xbox Game Pass, Ubisoft Connect, EA Play) অ্যাক্সেস করছেন যা আমরা একাধিক ব্যবহারকারীর সাথে শেয়ার করি। এই সেবা শুধুমাত্র ততক্ষণ বিদ্যমান যতক্ষণ এই প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলি অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ারিং অনুমোদন করে।
- কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই: আমরা কোনো গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করি না যে অ্যাকাউন্টগুলি অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য থাকবে
- প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যান: Microsoft/Ubisoft/EA ব্যবহারকারীর অপব্যবহার, নীতি পরিবর্তন বা শেয়ারিং বিরোধী ব্যবস্থার কারণে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যান করতে পারে
- সেবা সমাপ্তি: কোনো প্ল্যাটফর্ম শেয়ারিং বন্ধ করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ হতে পারে; আমরা আগে restoration, replacement access বা প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় remedy মূল্যায়ন করব
- অ্যাক্সেস হারানো: প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদানকারীরা যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাক্সেস প্রত্যাহার করতে পারে - এটি আমাদের দায়িত্ব নয়
"যদি বিশ্ব এটি শেয়ার করে, আমরা এটি শেয়ার করি। যদি বিশ্বে শুধুমাত্র একজন এটি শেয়ার করতে পারে, আমরা সেই একজন। যদি কোনো provider আর sharing অনুমতি না দেয়, সেই নির্দিষ্ট platform access আমরা নিশ্চিত করতে পারি না; remedy এই শর্তাবলী ও প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী হবে।"
3. Service Limitations & Disclaimers
3.1 Ultimate Founder Pass Validity
The Ultimate Founder Pass provides exactly 1,000 consecutive calendar days of access. The term begins when the Ultimate portal entitlement and permanent magic link are first successfully created after payment confirmation (“activation date”), even if the customer opens the link later. It is not a lifetime subscription, does not auto-renew, and includes no free extension. A new paid order is required after expiry. The order confirmation, product ID `10848`, and portal entitlement record identify this plan.
- The magic link is a login method, not a transferable license key; it is for the purchasing customer only.
- Temporary maintenance or a customer delaying setup does not pause or restart the 1,000-day term.
- We will correct a demonstrably wrong activation date or delivery failure caused by our system.
- Benefits apply only while the pass is active and only to supported, legally available products and services.
⚠️ CRITICAL: Platform-Dependent Service
This is a SHARED ACCOUNT service. You are accessing third-party platform accounts (Xbox Game Pass, Ubisoft Connect, EA Play) that we share with multiple users. This service exists ONLY as long as these platforms allow account sharing.
- No Warranty: We provide NO guarantee that accounts will remain accessible
- Platform Bans: Microsoft/Ubisoft/EA may ban accounts due to user abuse, policy changes, or anti-sharing measures
- Service Termination: If a platform stops allowing sharing, affected access may stop; we will first assess restoration, replacement access, or any remedy required by applicable law
- Access Loss: Account access can be revoked at ANY TIME by the platform providers - NOT our responsibility
"If the world is sharing it, we are sharing it. If only one person in the world can share it, we are them. If no provider permits sharing anymore, we cannot promise that specific platform access; any remedy will follow these terms and applicable law."
৪. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার নীতি

🚫 নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ (তাৎক্ষণিক ব্যান হবে)
- অনলাইন খেলার অপব্যবহার: "অফলাইন-অনলি" শিরোনামে (বিশেষভাবে FIFA, Assassin's Creed, বা Denuvo Story গেম) অনলাইন মাল্টিপ্লেয়ার খেলার চেষ্টা করলে তাৎক্ষণিক ব্যান হবে।
- লঞ্চার লঙ্ঘন (প্রো টায়ার): প্রো টায়ারে Battle.net, EA App, বা Ubisoft Connect প্রয়োজন এমন গেম ইনস্টল বা লঞ্চ করার চেষ্টা নিষিদ্ধ।
- সারি জাম্পিং: অ্যাক্টিভেশন সারি এড়াতে একাধিক টিকিট তৈরি করা বা সাপোর্ট স্প্যাম করা (বেসিক টায়ার) হয়রানি হিসাবে বিবেচিত হয়।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ারিং: কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ - অন্যদের সাথে আমাদের ক্রেডেনশিয়াল শেয়ার করা।
- ক্রেডেনশিয়াল টেম্পারিং: পাসওয়ার্ড, ইমেল বা নিরাপত্তা তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা।
4. Acceptable Usage Policy
✅ Allowed Activities
- Playing games included in your tier
- Installing games on your local PC
- Usage within single-user access guidelines
- Changing in-game settings and preferences
- Saving game progress (cloud saves where available)
🚫 Prohibited Activities (Results in INSTANT BAN)
- Online Play Abuse: Attempting to play Online Multiplayer on "Offline-Only" titles (specifically FIFA, Assassin's Creed, or Denuvo Story games) will result in an immediate ban.
- Launcher Violation (Pro Tier): Attempting to install or launch games requiring Battle.net, EA App, or Ubisoft Connect on the Pro Tier is prohibited.
- Queue Jumping: Creating multiple tickets or spamming support to bypass the activation queue (Basic Tier) is considered harassment.
- Account Sharing: Strictly prohibited - sharing our credentials with others.
- Credential Tampering: Changing passwords, emails, or security info.
৫. পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী এবং রিফান্ড নীতি
৫.১ পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
- সমস্ত পেমেন্ট বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (৳) প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়
- সাবস্ক্রিপশন পুনরাবৃত্ত নয় (ম্যানুয়াল নবায়ন প্রয়োজন)
- পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার
- পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিতকরণের ৫-৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাক্টিভেশন
৫.২ রিফান্ড নীতি (ডিজিটাল সেবা)
- Ultimate Founder—ডেলিভারির আগে: Portal entitlement, magic link বা কোনো working game/account credential ডেলিভারির আগে cancellation review চাওয়া যাবে। অনুমোদিত হলে payment-provider processing rule অনুযায়ী প্রকৃত পরিশোধিত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- Ultimate Founder—ডেলিভারির পরে: এটি তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সরবরাহযোগ্য digital service। তাই প্রথম working portal entitlement, magic link বা credential ডেলিভারি/ব্যবহারের পরে change-of-mind refund সাধারণত পাওয়া যাবে না। তবে প্রযোজ্য আইনে বাধ্যতামূলক অধিকার বা আমাদের verified delivery failure-এর remedy এতে সীমিত হবে না।
- সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিফান্ড: মাসিক/বার্ষিক সাবস্ক্রিপশন ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডযোগ্য শুধুমাত্র যদি আপনি কোনো কার্যকর গেম ক্রেডেনশিয়াল না পান।
- প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা: যদি আপনার হার্ডওয়্যার স্পেসিফিকেশনের কারণে (যেমন, দুর্বল GPU) একটি গেম আপনার পিসিতে না চলে, এটি রিফান্ডের জন্য বৈধ কারণ নয়। ক্রয় করার আগে সিস্টেম রিকোয়ারমেন্ট চেক করুন।
৫.৩ রিফান্ড নেই শর্তাবলী
- TOS লঙ্ঘনের কারণে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যান
- ব্যবহারকারী-শুরু করা অ্যাকাউন্ট ক্রেডেনশিয়াল পরিবর্তন
- ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে ২৪ ঘন্টা পরে (সাবস্ক্রিপশনের জন্য)
- প্ল্যাটফর্ম রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কারণে সেবা বাধা (Xbox/Ubisoft/EA)
এই শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য আইনে বাদ দেওয়া যায় না—এমন কোনো অধিকার বা remedy বাদ দেয় না। প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রমাণ চাইতে পারি এবং আগে repair, replacement access বা restoration দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করতে পারি।
5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
5.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳)
- Subscriptions are non-recurring (manual renewal required)
- Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
- Account activation within 5-30 minutes of payment confirmation
5.2 Refund Policy (Digital Services)
- Ultimate Founder before delivery: You may request cancellation review before the portal entitlement, magic link, or any working game/account credential is delivered. Approved refunds return the amount actually paid, subject to payment-provider processing rules.
- Ultimate Founder after delivery: Because this is an immediately supplied digital service, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after the first working portal entitlement, magic link, or game/account credential is delivered or used. This does not remove remedies required by applicable law or a remedy for a verified failure by us to provide the purchased service.
- Subscription Refund: Monthly/Yearly subscriptions are refundable within 24 hours ONLY IF you have not received any working game credentials.
- Technical Issues: If a game does not run on your PC due to your hardware specs (e.g., weak GPU), this is NOT grounds for a refund. Please check system requirements before buying.
5.3 No Refund Conditions
- Account banned due to TOS violation
- User-initiated account credential changes
- After 24 hours from purchase date (for subscriptions)
- Service interruptions due to platform maintenance (Xbox/Ubisoft/EA)
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We may request reasonable evidence and first attempt repair, replacement access, or restoration where appropriate.
৬. দায়বদ্ধতা এবং অতিরিক্ত শর্তাবলী
৬.১ প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যান এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট হারানো: আপনি স্বীকার করছেন যে এই সেবা "গেম শেয়ারিং"-এর উপর নির্ভর করে। যদি Steam, Xbox, বা EA তাদের নীতি আপডেট করে শেয়ারড অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যান করে, MHJoyGamersHub সেভ বা অ্যাক্সেস হারানোর জন্য দায়ী নয়। এমন "ডুমসডে সিনারিও"-তে, আমরা আপনাকে নতুন অ্যাকাউন্টে স্থানান্তর করার সর্বোত্তম প্রচেষ্টা করব, কিন্তু বাহ্যিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যানের জন্য রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
৬.২ সেবা উপলব্ধতা: আমরা ৯৯% আপটাইমের জন্য চেষ্টা করি কিন্তু নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সেবার গ্যারান্টি দিই না। নির্ধারিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ২৪ ঘন্টা আগে ঘোষণা করা হবে।
৬.৩ গোপনীয়তা: আমরা ন্যূনতম ডেটা সংগ্রহ করি (ইমেল, পেমেন্ট তথ্য, ব্যবহার লগ)। আমরা পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর ছাড়া তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে আপনার ডেটা শেয়ার করি না।
৬.৪ TOS-এ পরিবর্তন: আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তন কার্যকর হওয়ার ১৪ দিন আগে ব্যবহারকারীদের ইমেলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করা হবে।

6. Liability & Additional Terms
6.1 Platform Bans & Account Loss: You acknowledge that this service relies on "Game Sharing." If Steam, Xbox, or EA updates their policy to ban shared accounts, MHJoyGamersHub is NOT liable for the loss of saves or access. In such a "Doomsday Scenario," we will make a best-effort attempt to migrate you to new accounts, but refunds will not be issued for external platform bans.
6.2 Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance.
6.3 Privacy: We collect minimal data (email, payment info, usage logs). We do NOT share your data with third parties except payment processors.
6.4 Changes to TOS: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email 14 days before changes take effect.
6.5 Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be resolved under Bangladesh law. Arbitration is preferred before legal action.
