No on this product. All plans are on your existing Claude account only.

What if Anthropic later changes or stops my plan?

Anthropic controls the platform after delivery. Provider-side deactivation or feature changes are outside our control and are covered in the AI Subscriptions TOS. We remain responsible for successful delivery of the plan you bought.

What is the difference between Pro and Max?

Pro is the standard paid plan (monthly or yearly). Max 5x and Max 20x are higher Claude Max tiers with more capacity — pick the tier you need and provide login for activation on your account.

When can I get a refund?

If we fail to deliver after payment or deliver the wrong plan (verified). Not for change of mind after successful delivery, or later provider-side changes.

Is MHJoy an official Anthropic store?

No. We are an independent activation/reseller service for customers who need local payment.
